Well, it is dark right now in Singapore but we are not going to see any fireworks going off! To add a touch of festivity to our day I made a cheese cake and put blueberries and strawberries on it. So we enjoyed eating our "red/white/& blue".
The 4th of July was always a fun time for us as a family to spend the day together and then go and watch a beautiful display of fireworks or set up our own show at our home for the whole neighborhood. I was usually the one running to escape the flying whirly birds or whatever they were called. I also recall a few of those tanks coming at me at a fast pace too. I think now it was preplanned for some added entertainment:). In any case we miss you guys immensely and hold each of you close to our hearts. Hope you are able to start some precious memories with your kids now so one day they can look back and remember how much fun it was to spend time together.

Mom I love all those fun memories of the 4th. You and dad always made things very special and family oriented. It makes me want to pass on all those good traditions to Kadence also.
